Refund Policy

Content is digital and available immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable. However, we refund in full:

• charges made after you cancelled, or duplicate charges;
• periods when you couldn't watch because of a problem on our side we couldn't fix within 72 hours;
• charges you didn't authorize (we also cancel the membership).

Other requests within 48 hours of the first charge are reviewed case by case. Write to hello@ailibertyllc.com with your account email and the charge date. Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.
