Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to anyone promoting Devil Shorts through our affiliate program, operated by AI LIBERTY LLC (New Mexico limited liability company), 407 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States.
1. Commission
You earn 35% (or the rate shown in your dashboard) of the net revenue we receive from each payment made by members you refer — the first payment and every renewal, for as long as they stay. Net revenue means the amount we receive after payment-processor fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks. A visitor is attributed to you if they arrive through your link and sign up within 30 days; once signed up, they stay attributed to you and you earn on every payment they make for as long as they keep paying. If they cancel or stop renewing, the commissions stop. The last affiliate link clicked wins.
2. Payouts
Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then becomes available. We pay available balances monthly from $50, in USDT or by bank transfer, to the details in your dashboard. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance even after a commission was paid. You are responsible for your own taxes.
3. What you may not do
- Spam (unsolicited messages or mass DMs), fake, bot, incentivised or paid-to-click traffic, cookie stuffing, or self-referrals.
- Bid on our brand name or domain in search ads, or impersonate us or Mia Castillo.
- Use any real or identifiable person without permission, deepfakes, or sexual or adult framing (this is an all-ages platform).
- Make misleading claims (only the first episodes of each series are free), or promise content that doesn't exist.
- Promote on sites with illegal content, piracy or deepfakes.
4. Disclosure
Clearly disclose that your posts are promotions (e.g. #ad) and, when relevant, that some characters are created with AI.
5. Termination
We review every application and may decline, suspend or close any affiliate account. If you break these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited. You can leave at any time; we pay any available balance above the minimum.
6. Changes and contact
